Sweet potatoes are incredibly versatile. When cooked, sweet potatoes have a mild, starchy, sweet flavour. When baked or boiled, the flesh becomes soft and slightly stringy (depending on the variety). When fried or roasted at high heat, the exterior becomes crisp and caramelized.

All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.

You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.

How will I be charged?
