Certified Organic produce to make basic salsa verde
Use tomatillos, onions and hot peppers to create a flavourful salsa. Salsa verde is simple to make and very versatile. It is delicious with tortilla chips, but it's also great served on tacos and grilled meats.
Recipe: Remove papers and stems from tomatillos, jalapenos and onions. Remove jalapeno seeds if you like. Blister all the veggies in a hot pan or on the barbeque and blend or pulse in a food processor. Our salsa verde experts here on the farm say that it's spiciest on the first day!

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
