325g Organic Old Cheddar
This cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 10 months. This pale yellow, slightly brittle cheese has a smooth, creamy, melting texture and sometimes contains a few crystals. This Canadian gluten free and lactose free cheese has a recognizable nutty flavour and fruity finish. It makes a delicious addition to any cheese platter and blends wonderfully with all sorts of cooked dishes.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
