This cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 6 months. It has a smooth, slightly velvety texture with a delicately salty flavour and a nutty, buttery finish. This gluten free and lactose free Canadian cheese can be enjoyed on its own as well as blending perfectly with your recipes for baked and grilled dishes or quick snacks.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
