Certified Organic Kohlrabi
"Kossak" is the variety we grow in the summer and fall and it is much larger than the typical kohlrabi. it's sweet and crispy even when large!
Once the outer layers are peeled away kohlrabi is a crisp, mild vegetable with a slight peppery bite. Simply slice up kohlrabi and toss it onto a veggie tray or into a salad. It can also be cooked and incorporated into many different recipes.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
