Certified Organic Japanese Cucumber
Japanese cucumbers are similiar to English cucumbers. They are long, narrow and have a prickly exterior. They tend to be much less bitter than some types of cucumbers. Use raw, in salads, but may also be used for tea sandwiches or in chilled cucumber soup.
Seconds cucumbers are misshapen or blemished cucumbers. They may be English or Japanese style.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
