This is a seriously hot pepper! They are rated 100,000 to 350,000 on the Scoville scale. Unlike many of the hotter chilies, there’s quite a bit of flavour to go along with the extra-hot kick. It has a unique, citrus-like taste with a subtle hint of smoke that makes it very popular in hot sauces, powders, and rubs.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
