Certified Organic Specialty Beets
Golden beets are a bit less sweet than red beets, but also have a more mellow and less earthy flavour all around. They add a bright, zesty yellow color when served roasted or in salads.
White beets are sweet and have an interesting flavour, sometimes described as being like sweet corn
Chioggia beets are an heirloom beet from Italy and are red and white candy stripe beets that turn pink when cooked. They are most similar to red beets with a milder flavour.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
