Note that our celery is field grown and is heartier than you might be used to. It is not "blanched" so it's darker green, stronger ribbed, and very flavourful! We keep the leaves on for you because they are delicious chopped and cooked.
This versatile vegetable is often overlooked and under valued. Field grown celery is great in soups, salads, gratin and especially in creole and cajun cuisine (accompanied by bell peppers and onions). Also fantastic for juicing!

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
