Bulk organic vegetables grown on our farm.
50 lbs Potatoes: Shipped unwashed for better storage. Keep potatoes in a dry, cool spot out of the light. Wash as needed.
50lbs SECONDS Potatoes: Seconds are non-uniform shapes or may have minor cosmetic damage. Shipped unwashed for better storage. Keep potatoes in a dry, cool spot out of the light. Wash as needed.
Pickling Beets: Small sized red beets. Store in the refrigerator.
Carrots: Unsorted, washed fresh carrots. Store in the refrigerator.
Roma Tomatoes: Also known as 'plum' or 'paste' tomatoes, these have a higher flesh to juice ratio than beefsteaks and are great for sauce or salsa. Romas can be expected to ripen up to a week after shipping. Usually about 25lbs.
Sweet Peppers: A mix of colours (red, orange, yellow) and shapes (sheppard/pointy and bell). Great for preserving or store in the refrigerator.
Habanero: These peach-coloured habaneros are the hottest pepper we grow! Both spicy and fruity in flavour.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
