200g A soft surface ripened cheese made with cow's milk from the Gunn's Hill family farm. This brie is free of stabilizers and preservatives and thus sold with a 'best between' date for your enjoyment. Each batch is aged six weeks and is delicately handled to preserve it's creamy centre. Best enjoyed on it's own or with a flavoured jelly such as red pepper jelly.
About the producer: Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese is a small artisan cheese plant nestled within the rolling hills of Gunn's Hill Rd., in Oxford County, Ontario. The cheeses produced at Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese are truly unique although you can taste the Swiss influence from techniques and recipes Shep learned while making cheese in the town of Handeck, in the Swiss Alps. To ensure cheeses that are of top quality and taste Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheeses are handcrafted using traditional cheese-making methods.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
