Classic Sourdough:
Our Classic Sourdough is a San Francisco style sourdough made with mostly white flour and a hint of rye. This loaf has a wonderful crust with a light and fluffy interior. As with all of our sourdough breads, this loaf is made without the use of commercial yeast. We use a method of long fermentation time in order to increase digestibility and depth of flavour. made is a square pan.

Is the produce Organic and Local?
All produce grown on our farm is certified organic as is most of the produce that comes from other farms. In all cases we mark the origin and organic status of everything you choose for your share so you make an informed decision.
What comes in my subscription box?
You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.
How will I be charged?
