Yellow potatoes are low to medium starch potatoes, and are well suited to roasting, mashing, baked dishes, and soups and chowders.

About the producer: More than an excellent organic farm, the Pfennings think “local first” and focus on family and community building. From that starting point, they have developed excellent relationships with other organic producers and processors across the provinces and do much to store, pack, and distribute their goods as well.

You choose! The availability of veggies and fruit will vary seasonably, but each week you will have the opportunity to completely customize your share.

How will I be charged?
