Farm Update
We are in our second of two part-time holiday weeks, soaking up the rest and time with loved ones. The crew will be in a little more this week than last, packing orders for pickup, vegetables for Western Fair market on the weekend, and tidying up a few loose ends from last week.
One exciting thing we will be working on this week is seeding new crops! We plan to start transplants for a bed each of arugula and salad mix for the greenhouse. This seeding is small in comparison to the volume of weekly starts in our main-season, but we cannot help but be excited to check off the very first seeding for the 2026 season.
